Final supporters
We were instructed to close our business to the public in late September 2019, and advised not to re-open until we were able to produce a license in our name.
We filed an application back in July 2019, and due additional info required the Application was Resubmitted in December 2019 by a Specialist Licensing Consultant.
In order to fully comply with Estepona requirements we have upgraded disability access & facilities as well as making Electrical & safety upgrades.
We are requesting your support to assist our efforts, to open by simply confirming that you feel the The Terrace Bar & Grill as a business, enhances and is a valued facility within the business and social facilities available to local residents and international visitors to El Paraiso, Estepona.
We thank you for your valued support and look forward to welcoming once again to our lovely tranquil bar & restaurant.

We are approaching the one hundred signature threshold to finalize our formal submission packet to the Estepona municipal licensing office. Please direct any remaining residents who frequent the El Paraiso area to the petition link so we can present a consolidated document to the council this week.

I feels that the Terraces have been unfairly treated as they have complied with all the demands and should be up and running a long time ago. What with lockdown they lost enough business and now that they can re- open, the authorities are dragging their feet. That should be a priority.
Be fair to business owners that make a difference in everyone’s lives they bring joy, good food, amazing atmosphere great owners who show personal interest in every patron that walks through their doors, be fair and just and do the right thing, stop beaurocratic bungling and let them open !
lovely enclosed terrace same set up as Aba - Tannino - for example - cannot see why there is a problem - it is an enhancement to the area that is in need of tourist money now more than ever - support the local area
I think the upgrades made to the Terrace Bar enhances the area offering a wide variety of cuisine geared to locals and visitors. I look forward to taking our friends very soon.
My Mums favourite she could go into it on her own and was always looked after , that was 15 years ago she sat on the seat as you go in the door and made many friends who would walk her to the gate , sadly pass away a few years ago still have our apartment in Benavista

I have been coming to Benavista for all of my 27 years and there has never not been a Bar or Restaurant On site where The Terrace is. The present owners are one of the nicest families in recent years to run The Terrace (as it is now) and I have missed bobbing in there when I come over to see my Parents.
