The bureaucrats finally backed down and let Bushy's keep the spot. They clearly realized that trying to squeeze out a local staple for a pointless tender process was never going to fly. We won this one, but keep watching them to make sure they do not try this nonsense again.

The momentum we have built makes it clear that the city cannot just ignore the people who value Bushy's history. They think they can auction off our heritage for a quick buck but they severely underestimated how many of us are watching their every move.

Local business gets kicked to the curb for some faceless company. Typical.
Bushys is the best part of the summer. Dont change it.
Bushys is part of the park. Why fix what isnt broken honestly.
Just leave them be. They pay their way and the community enjoys it. Stop making everything complicated.
Ridiculous. They have been there forever and everyone loves the setup. Leave it alone!!!!
