The Superleague and RFL should reform the way Referees are managed and trained. They should be help more accountable to Clubs and Fans and have clear performance indicators which are shared with the public. Where they fail they should receive a penalty of some form as like players and clubs do. Their performance should be made public and they should be in a table like the clubs are. More consistent refereeing and more transparency should be seen for all fans and clubs.
