I love this game. It's enjoyable all the way around and even though I'm a console gamer, I find this one to be taking all my gaming time. It's that great. Even so, I can see how it's taking a bad turn. Customer service is near non-existent. As a business, customer service should be your top priority. Many issues exist at the moment, and I won't deign to point them out when they've been pointed out many times already, but I do believe you (Gumi) can fix this. Show us Summoners that you even know we're here and want this game to be the best it can be.
