It's ridiculously unfair that when the conscious decision is made to do wheelies off the street in unpopulated areas you still run the risk of getting a ticket. I love practicing wheelies and getting better at doing something I'm passionate about. If I was into skateboarding, the state provides me with a safe place to learn and practice that skill, so why don't I have a safe place to practice stunt riding? That sounds like something we can do. A Police officer who gives tickets to people who are responsibly practicing stunts in a place where nobody is in danger but the rider are petty and lazy looking for a quick easy ticket instead actually protecting or serving anybody's well being. If doing a wheelie on the street is illegal, then give me a space where it isn't a crime to do something fun and harmless

I've always wanted something like this for cars, I'd even be willing to pay. Getting a place for bikes is a great first step!

No reason not to build or provide a place. The riding community travels large distances to go to areas that are far from people just to be safe and fair to everyone. But yet we still get harassed or violations... when yet city's will build skate parks all over the place which cost huge amounts or money. All we need is flat pavement

This petition makes perfect sense. People are going to do what they want to anyways, creating a sanctioned place for them makes it safer and quarantines their behavior to a localized area. Making it easier for them to find other enthusiasts who share the hobby and also making it easier to locate and help them should something go awry. This has my full support
