At first I thought I wanted to keep the actual colors but when I saw the apartments in the gray color they were offering I changed my mind, and yes I will like that new and fresh look that I saw in the pictures.

These options colors that are being offered in my opinion will make the complex look too serious and cold.

I want to keep the actual colors

Gay is one of the leading colors today within that Palliate there are a number of shades to choose from, Most new construction in winter park are going this route on the exterior so great choice. 263 - I personally think option 1 would be better however I am curious on how they decide to paint everything. Basic rule of designing house’s is 1 light, 1 contrast, and a “pop”! I’m not seeing the “pop” unless it’s going to be the shudders. Also the doors are white and trim is still not done sssooooo......

Option 1 is more modern. I'm worried that the Stucco option will turn yellow-ish after some time in the sun. Which will make it look dated
