By updating the color of the buildings our community will not only look AMAZING it will be on trend with todays latest colors.
We are gearing up to paint the exterior buildings within the next two weeks.
Based on 2020 trending data for todays top popular colors, we have two awesome options of NEW colors. Option 1 would be both colors (alternating one color of each for each building) and option 2 would be the same (alternating one color of each for each building) Please add in comment section color option 1 or color option 2, next click sign now and your done.

The momentum for our exterior update is building quickly and the board is finally taking notice. Post this link to your neighborhood Facebook group right now to ensure everyone gets a vote on the new color scheme.

These options colors that are being offered in my opinion will make the complex look too serious and cold.
263 - I personally think option 1 would be better however I am curious on how they decide to paint everything. Basic rule of designing house’s is 1 light, 1 contrast, and a “pop”! I’m not seeing the “pop” unless it’s going to be the shudders. Also the doors are white and trim is still not done sssooooo......
Option 1 is more modern. I'm worried that the Stucco option will turn yellow-ish after some time in the sun. Which will make it look dated
I am a retired Interior Designer and like both options preferring the second. Excellent selections.
Option 2 for me. I like the passive gray, but I think that's more of an interior color.

At first I thought I wanted to keep the actual colors but when I saw the apartments in the gray color they were offering I changed my mind, and yes I will like that new and fresh look that I saw in the pictures.
