Do the right thing? Now you know the name of your biz is offensive, why wouldn't you change it? Maybe afraid of falling victim to claims of political correctness? Trust me, there are worse things.

This is appalling and the reps responses to people trying to educate them to that show that they do not care and are okay with trying to demean people using this racial slur.

I think it's very insensitive for the owner to keep the name despite learning the meaning of the word, showing that she doesn't care about people's feelings. So sad.

It's offensive, rude, and it's time to change the name. Why put up a fight?

Your business name needs to change, please be respectful. Really this business name is a reflection of you as an individual. Same on you!

Spunky Saguaro, Outlaw Outfitters, Desert Damsel, Fab Frontier, Bandit Babes, Canyon Kisses, Manzanita Maiden... it’s not hard to find a name that evokes the southwest without being insensitive to those who originally inhabited the southwest long before us white girls. Also...spunky?! 1953 called, and it wants its adjectives back...

This would be unacceptable on any day but this business owner has been told why the name is offensive. So many Indigenous people has taken their time and effort to educate her and she has ignored it. Its appealing. Change the f***ing name.

She knew very well it was racist when she named her business and she was aware that meant a 'backlash' which, of course means we would all be repeating the stupid name of her stupid crappy ridiculous fashion mistake. She only thinks of all this as free advertising. She is laughing at all this.
