The use of the word Sq^×@ carries the same meaning as the N word thats why you dont hear people freely using it, learn your history!

The word sq**w is a derogatory term used against Native American Indian women and should not be used.

171,000+ words in the English dictionary so pick a different word. There is no need for you to use the derogatory term, its offensive.

I question why you wouldn’t change the name as soon as you were informed of its origin, and that it is an offensive racial slur.

This is not only hugely racist but there's a ton of appropriation taking place on this website. Maybe don't stop with changing the name, educate yourself, and stop trying to profit off a culture we colonized, raped, and tortured.

Your photo of a caucasian woman in a headdress meant only for Chiefs is vulgar and incredibly racist. Shame on you. I have shared your shame and hope that you reconsider both your name and posting other racist photos that disparage indigenous people.

This needs to stop now, I myself am a aboriginal woman of Canada and this is just terrible because I have family who have suffered for generations.

please read the TRC's report and Calls to Action; please read treaty documents, historical accounts of genocidal policies, and then tell me there's nothing wrong with the name of this business

Their business name is culturally inappropriate, and is degrading to all indigenous woman all over the world. and she should not be selling native products with degrading sayings/quotes or selling what she makes and calling it native. She should start a new business, one that is open and accepting to all. Not just white woman that have dreams of being a squaw, which is how they put it, with out knowing what it truly means they are just calling themselves down as well as all indigenous peoples.
