Ingnorance is NOT bliss. And ignorance is no excuse in the court of law. Do right or be tried for your wrongs. It's that simple. Show respect or don't expect any in return.

Please change the name of your business! Even though you don’t understand why it’s racist and offensive, please listen to the thousands of people who are expressing why it is. Thank you for using this as a learning experience. :-)

Using a derogatory term to make money is exploitative of women and Native American people. For 500 years we told we weren't even allowed to be Native and when a Settler chooses to play Indian to make money off our backs that is disgusting.

Please educate yourself on #MMIW and the fact that Native women are raped and killed at a much higher rate than anyone else in the US and Canada. This is so degrading and disrespectful.

Please let Native people educate you on what's appropriate and what's not. The Natives that approach you with anger & harsh words do it because of the pain this word brings up in our lives. I don't think you meant harm as you are VERY young and probably didn't know better, but you do now. Make this right & change the name. Mvto.

You would do yourself a huge service by rebranding your store. The logo is appropriated and wearing head dresses in your promos is making a mockery of another cultures tradition. Even if you're .016th native american, it's not coming across well. It may seem harmless but you're perpetuating a negative connotation for yourself and client base. To those who know better, your brand and those who wear it will seem ignorant. Consider another name for your business.

This is wrong on so many levels. The name alone degrades the native women. The photograph makes a mockery of tribal traditions and culture. She needs to understand that she is using a word that is offensive and degrading, and by using it and wearing the headress she is also disrespecting tribal elders of many nations. So much has been taken from the native people. Please allow us to keep our dignity and integrity. Please change the name.

Racist name, racist images. I have seen people trying to educate her/this company about how damaging stereotypes are (particularly around the word “squaw”) and they have refused to listen. Either remove all anti-indigenous racism from the company or shut it down.
