just what the town needs for economic development! Plan looks great! My opinion only! The three planned docks in the artist rendering look to extend to far out which would impede the joy of boating on the cove. A little shorter would not cut down on available temporary docking facility that much and boaters could still enjoy lake activities on the cove.
