It would be good the city. Lots of empty buildings around town for new business to move into with some extra tourists dollars coming into town.

We are in Heber Springs every almost weekend in the summer months and are currently in the process of buying land there because of the beautiful lake. It is my favorite lake but I am constantly saying I wish it had more commercial property on the lake like Hot Springs does. This would be amazing!
