Their are 7 weeks worth of writing that I could share with regards to my experience as a customer of the RoomStore in Arizona. Most import bits, I am a single woman who was 100% over charged, lied to, refused service and was unable to get any calls returned from Tim Walter Head of Regional sales. He will NOT pick up his phone. Try to call him now (602) 268-1144. Spent $5666.48 at the RoomStore, delivered at dark. Could not see the king mattress had a spring sticking out, the box mattress was torn underneath, all furniture had scratches and dents, leather sofa had threads tearing away from fabric. Was sold a king sleigh bed with top of line Sterns and Foster mattress and box springs, they swapped box set out for mismatched without telling yet I paid $1597.88. Looking to find similar stories of how the RoomStore did not uphold their promises, to stop them from taking advantage of customers and lying to us. I have not gotten to the end of this story, but with signatures, perhaps someone will take up a class action law suit and we can be compensated for our stress,troubles and out of pocket expenses' incurred.
