I am a recovering addict and alcoholic who is now clean and there HAS to be more ways for people to seek professional help without costing $10,000 because these addicts don't have this kind of money usually but their lives matter just as much

Let's first protect the children born with neonatal addiction from their Mother. Offer the Mother addiction treatment and if she does not comply, that is her choice.

Let's get OVER 1000 signatures!! There are far too many babies being born addicted to opiates. ONE baby is one too many!
