Ely’s and Megan’s case is pure nationally based discrimination and negligence where UK (anti-) social authorities “working ” purely violate basic human rights of a mother and child. And not following the rules and procedures, they even don’t consider the professional code of conduct. Such “authorities” count on extreme situation of an eastern European mother, being not aware with UK social legislation, disregarding her and her child human rights, disregarding Bulgarian affected authorities, they came in Bulgaria almost incognito. They didn’t inform any local authority for the purpose of their visit, neither later they have considered it as needed to inform Bulgarian authorities for the result of their visit. How it’s possible EU to tolerate the UK local children “protecting” legislation do not be aligned with the European legal acts and with this sincerely to violate basic human rights for other EU citizens residing on UK territory???
