We stand here today to petition against the law for public displays of indecency in the state of South Dakota. Women are created equal to men and should have the same rights as them. For years now men have been able to walk around parks and certain places top free. Women however have been forced to wear tops in those same places for fear of fines or being arrested. It is not indecent for a women to be top free. It shouldn't be viewed as sexual when they are just doing what every man has the right to do. By changing the law we can then change the view point of top free women. De-sexualize them and see them more as equals instead of a sex object.
