People in this country have a constitutional right to live their lives and to protect that human basic instinct free from violence and threat of death. The only way in the UK that this can be implemented is to legally allow Pepper Spray to be carried as a deterrent. Please bare in mind that other Countries around the world give this choice to people, the UK is the only country in the world that does not allow the people to protect their lives from threat of death and violence and rape. Also the Police cannot protect you from these serious crimes they can only investigate thereafter.
