I strongly oppose the rezoning due expected traffic problems and frankly, the lowering of property values,

Please retain the same zoning as surrounding neighborhoods for continuity and home values.

Traffic is bad enough in the area, you are adding townhouses on Five Forks and this development on Brownlee. No planninng just a county money grab.

This change in density will lead to overcrowding of Mountain Park Elementary and will detriment property values.

I am strongly opposed to re-zoning from R-100 to R-60 for the reasons listed. In addition, there are new developments close by that start at $400K. This could immediately effect their recently purchased property and future sales for developments actively building. Furthermore, the clearing of the trees would displace wildlife currently in the area. R100 would require less number of trees to be removed.

This would increase the traffic on my corner by 10 times. I oppose it.

did we not learn anything from the real estate bubble that burst in 2008?
