The county does not need any more townhomes or multifamily units. The county needs smart commercial development now. There is adequate housing stock. Zip code 20774

Church road was NEVER meant to sustain the volume of traffic it currently handles. Another 500 homes would create gridlock and hazardous road conditions.

The airport is a charming element for the Church Road community, even if expanded. High density housing, on the other hand, diminishes the area's beauty, safety, security, and partnership with nature; and will negatively affect property values and overall quality of life.

That’s not the right location to open up a church that is a Housing community traffic is a travel in this county there are churches all around this neighborhood as a believer in Jesus christ. Traffic is horrific and it brings people into the neighborhood who may come back other than church rush-hour and growth in this community is already Full

Church Road has too much traffic already and adding so much more traffic is bad community management. Do we want this area to become a northern Virginia with its long commutes and unhealthy living for the current Church Road residents?

No more townhomes on church road or any more homes period. We need retail development and more grocery stores.

I moved near Church Rd 25 years ago, precisely because of the nearby airport and associated R-A zoning. Changing that now with no reguard to why zoning exists is a travesty of governmental process.

This area is already congested. We don't have the infrastructure and roads to accommodate more growth. We recently had the death of a 14 year old trying to cross Church Road. Those who purchased in this community 15-20 years ago, selected this area for the balance of nature and housing, but the boom is destroyed that balance. Constantly deer are being hit on Churchy Road making it unsafe to travel, yet we continue to add more housing. As for schools we pay taxes for Bowie, but are redistricted to other schools. Please think this through.
