We have neighbors leaving the county because we don’t have better schools. The County and state maintained roads look trashy weedy and unkempt. All of which decreases the property values of our homes And now to add insult to injury you want to make it more crowded and less desirable. When is something going to be done for the benefit if the residents versus just the pockets of developers and corporations.

Stop with the over building and crowding of neighborhoods. There are areas that need assistance. Bowie is becoming a busy thoroughfare.

Keep the airport. Church Road cannot accommodate more homes, traffic congestion. We moved to this area to avoid congestion. However, certain politicians want to build on every piece of open land. Enough already. This is not what our COMMUNITY wants or needs.

I greatly oppose CB-017-2019. When things are said like
“residents along Church Road have been told to either accept the high-density development with all of the associated nuisances or risk being punished with new commercial aviation operations that will be lured to the Freeway Airport.” It makes me push back anyway. These are threats and does not encompass other considerations presented by residents. Why is a predominately black neighborhood made to think we are being “punished” or “deal with nuisance” the only alternative. This would not be the case in other neighborhoods. Do not hurt the neighborhood for others (who don’t live in the area) profits and gains.

This area is too congested already. I say “no” to adding 600 more townhouses.

No thank you to 600 new townhouses. There is no need to have buildings on every piece of land. The wildlife needs a place to live too

600 homes is outside any reasonable development for the Church Road. The rezoning of the airport should be in step with current development along Church Road.
