My family and I were affected by the recent power outage. I found the duration of the power outage reckless and irresponsible. We were without power for about 28 hours on one of the coldest days and nights of the year. I support this petition and also request that transformers be inspected and replaced as needed and as soon as possible. AEP owes it to all the customers it serves. -Thank you.

We demand an upgrade to the transformers and units that will guarantee and prevent a power outage from occurring again.

My residence was affected by this power outage for more than 24hrs and i do have 3 small children. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Although my service was down only a few hours. My neighbors were down for almost 3 days. Freezing weather, with a bedridden senior citizen.

I didn't like being lied to by your call center as I was without power for 28 hours. The power came back on after I went up in person and talked to the director face to face...it should of never got that far....
