The United States shall create a new military branch dedicated to intergalactic missions. New technology shall be engineered and manufactured to support this branch. There shall be a draft of citizens ordered by the president to help fill the essential positions of the branch from those most qualified persons. Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, shall contribute members to this new branch in order to secure studies of deep space. Humanity shall be protected in its expansion because of our focused effort toward new frontiers.
