We, the parents of the children at the Pearl Primary School (Aldar Academies) feel very aggrieved for the poor communication and total mismanagement of losing the school's head teacher, Mr. Alistair Bond.

It is bizarre to lose a head teacher during term time to another local school and seemingly without any mitigating circumstances. We will probably never know the exact reasons as to why this has happened or why Aldar Academies have not managed to convince Mr. Bond to finish the summer term, but what we do know is that Aldar Academies have announced that they will not find a suitable replacement until the beginning of the next Academic year.

As the school is left without a leader with proven credentials and regardless of the reassurances that have been and will be made that the school will run as normal, it is not in fact possible for this to occur. The disturbance that this issue has already caused is causing negative energy throughout the school and is undoubtedly unsettling for the students and teachers alike.

Due to this extremely inconvenient shortage, it is only fair that the final invoice for the summer term reflects this gap of the most crucial role in the school. The final invoice for the summer term must be revised and reduced.

We should not pay full price for an incomplete service.
