those who are proposing the destruction of this neighborhood and all who use it must weigh the awfulness of what you propose.

Listen to the neighbors of this project. They have valid concerns that thus far have been ignored.

I'm very concerned about the increase in traffic down the residential streets that lead to the freeway.

Another extremely sensitive point to those on Monroe, adjacent on the North side, is that Monroe Street must remained closed. If not, and this opens to through traffic we will have endless cars coming and going into the complex as well parking on this very small 1 block street. We are already absorbing heavy traffic on Pine and Walnut and it was not always this way. Thank you for your consideration.

Affordable housing... without going into great political argument, is a term that sometimes frustrates me and so very often produces a situation that calls for greater expense and political intervention.

I would love to see the original buildings preserved. What a tragedy it would be to lose the foundation of Napa. Thank you for all your efforts.

Finally a proposal that takes into account the existing residents of the neighborhoods, and offers a well-planned home environment for the new residents.

I would prefer that it was 50 units plus the three front buildings for homes for the elderly. This is a single unit neighborhood and there's going to be major traffic if more than this is built
