I live in Louisiana and have been keeping myself posted with the updates on Noah. It broke my heart to pieces the day I got on Facebook to see that they had found him, dead. I couldn't imagine what his family is going through, my heart aches for them. And I believe that changing the name of the highway to Noah's name is a great thing to do for the family during this terrible time in their life. I feel as if it will give them a sense of peace, and that it will allow everyone who drives the highway to remember Noah and why the highway is named after him. And maybe it will help save the lives of other children in a similar situation. Thank you.
