Final supporters
Not only for the sake of appearance, but more importantly for health reasons, many of us above wing employees need a covering for our heads, and protection from the various elements we are subjected to inside and outside the airports. More specifically, as a gate agent, the jetways are outrageously cold and wet during the winter months. I started an offline petition, but do not have anywhere near as many signatures as I had hoped, due to the limited time available to me while working my shift.

Seeing the momentum behind this has honestly been overwhelming because I never thought we would gain this much traction. It is truly humbling to realize that so many of you share this same need for protection out on the jetways. This is all down to your willingness to step up and keep the conversation going.

I love my hat. Especially during the winter months. Plus I get a lot of comments about it. I have told them that we won't have hats after this coming spring. They agree (the passengers) that we should keep them
We need a hat AND warmer sweater options. The men have a thick crew sweater option. Women only have the thin twin set.
Zak can create and get fitted. Please i need a hat rain and cold

I agree we need a hat especially for the winter month.. it is also very stylish and i get lots of compliments from passengers when i wear mine.
