The North American government of The United States of America shall draw a new state border between Northern California and Northern Nevada and call it "The New Holy Imperial State." This state shall be pentagonal, encompassing Lower Lake in N. Nevada and High Rock Lake to the North, Humboldt Lake to the East, Lake Tahoe to the South, and Eagle Lake to the West. The Capitol of this state will be the town of Empire, and shall be the central focus of the state's affairs and so come to be called the "New Holy Imperial City." The entire state and especially the city will be designated for capital gain, and ruled by monarchy, headed by the emperor, St. Jahshua according to God's sacred covenant and word. The state and city shall be for the protection of the human populous as global security bases and universal tour. This shall be a humanitarian state for a humanitarian effort. The city and state shall be designated for entertainment, economical stimulation, and military defense innovation, technology, health, and culture.
