If not for my chiropractor I would have had more then just sciatica pain. Nerve issues can be hugely painful so I do thank my Dr. for her help.

I have been getting treatments from my Chiropractor for some time now to reset my spine, relax my muscles and free up the nervous system. Leave the title alone please.

Most of my treatments have been aimed at pain from the sciatic ?? muscle ??
I believe it is the sciatic nerve. Nerve = neuro, or has that changed too?

I feel that NMSK terminology be returned in future interactions with chiropractors, medical doctors, government official and the public.

Please do not underestimate the power that chiro's have to keep a person mobile and leading an active life. So to change their job description does not change their goals they have to make a person mobile. Do not change what is not broken..

Please stop this most distressing course of action. I studied Mechanical Engineering before studying and practising Chiropractic and I can tell you that "we" work primarily to impact peoples' nervous systems. That is where real healing takes place. I am not a mechanic that merely focuses on servo units and levers, ie. musculoskeletal machines.

We are nervous system Dr's. That is at the core of our education. We restore function to the nervous system by removing subluxations.

Chiropractic was built around the nervous system. To ignore that is an insult to our founding fathers, many of which went to jail over this. This focus makes us unique. Why do we want to be lumped in with all the "other" MSK practitioners? Thank you for doing something about this.

Crazy idea!!! Just completely lost the basic premise of Chiropractic's core/fundamental effect! Just simply crazy! If Chiropractic doesn't cause change to the nervous system, then what exactly have we been doing for 120 years!
