The need to add turn lanes has come, due to the growth to the south of Seguin and the large amount of traffic of the 18 wheelers. Due to the resent accident at Fox Trotter and 123 HWY my attendance is turn to act and see why we can not get improvement to the strength of highway. We move out here over 40 years ago and was promise then that HWY123 would be enlarge to a four lane, as of yet we have not had any improvement .. Time has come we need to band together in asking WHAT will it take?? There as several small business that is losing customers due the the traffic and the hwy condition.
