The Nature of Consciousness

This petition is very simple. We, the undersigned, believe that it is incumbant on Science, as an Institution, to properly vet their "Emergent Property" Theory and we request that the Scientific Community [at large] test their hypothesis that consciousness is produced by the brain, using the testable predictions outlined in the paper "The Nature of Consciousness" linked below.
