The bottom line is this is WRONG!. The system is a business. The cost per inmate; what is that money used for? I hope not building more prisons.

My husband is in prison with the same fate as your father in Florida. They need to reverse the parole system and the capital felonies should not be parole eligible for murder & raping kids. Florida prison system is broken they can get relief & save money by letting people go home with life sentences that didnt kill no one. Most people that has spent a long time in prison barely return to prison. Please bring back the parole systems and save Florida taxpayers money as well. It will also cut your budget.

My brother has been in prison for 30 almost 30 years I think it's more than enough time for him to come home he is not dead Neely the man that sees other people have he should have only been in there for at least about 7 to 10 years but they decided not to let him have Pro options God knows what to do I will bring him home God bless him and the rest of those inmates are in there who's on there wrong

I do believe every crime deserves punishment but to give a person 90 years of their natural life is unjust and not fair. People have committed crimes far more greater than armed robbery and have been released after 20 years. I'm sure the person he once was he's not that person anymore; if he could go back at talk to the young man that committed the crime he would but I'm sure that young man is long gone but now he's a wise man that has paid for his mistakes.

This man deserves another chance in life with his family and friends. Please vindicate as he has changed his life and served too much time for the crime.
