1. Currently we have a resident serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. You are of the opinion that there should be a consensus of three residents serving as liaisons to the Board of Directors so that personal feelings and agendas are being used to guide their judgement. You may or may not be aware that one person in our community is responsible for approving all architectural changes after the home as closed and going forward. So if someone wanted to paint their home hot pink, this particular resident is the only one making the decision to approve or deny this change. 2. Refuse to pay the proposed HOA dues that are slated to be charged in January 2013 for the calendar year 2013.
