Do not wish to have distance learning. Too young to handle such teaching method.

Recourse should be provided for parents instead of a take it or leave it approach.

Hope the situation doesn’t persist failing of which only the children will suffer as TLL will still continue to get their fees with no loss to them.
My recommendation is that it’s better for parents to act quickly now, get out of the course, and get private home tutors as it is anyone’s guess how long this crisis will lasts and good tutors do not come in abundance.
In doing so, at the very least if even the primary schools close, which I wouldn’t dare to say is far from possible given the recent heightened measures, you can mitigate and not worry as the children’s education can still go on undisrupted. This in my opinion is better and cheaper than spending 1500 to watch videos and do quizzes.

Indeed TLL fee is very high. We are not big earner and income are affected by the covid-19. We hope that TLL can really help us to go under these trying circumstances, and we are grateful for the kind understanding.

It is unthinkable that TLL is so unscrupulous & unprofessional. They absolutely have no moral compass.

The online sessions is not equivalent to a normal classroom setting, thus it should not have similar fees structures.

This is outrages! No discount given for this month and the schedule for the online learning was not even the scheduled time! This is definitely not what I had signed up for last week! Yes, i just signed up with TLL last week!
