People who have no choice but to live in a refugee camp should be treated with respect and dignity at all times. Also and especially by COA workers who are in a position of power.

Respect is the key. We are all human beings after all. Even if there were no occurences there should be a place to go if there'd be occurances. Otherwise people are being outlawed. And also if occurances are merely miscommunication people should be able to make a complaint so that the miscommunication can be solved in a respectful way. And also if the people working are under too much stress they should get more training or more colleques. I kow this is not going to happen but I think it should. And if occurances are merly discrimination, bullying or power-play, the ones responsible for this should be reproved.

Governments and all the officials are in the job of people. And we, your employers demand you to treat people with respect, dignity and simpathy. If you can't, resign and someone more appropriate will take your space.
