I know, here in Haarlem Coa is very patronising to refugees and to volunteers that try to fix all that is so badly taken care of.

Even 2 incidents are 2 too many. You are not disobediant children but well-thinking adults that need respect.
It reads as a personell problem of COA that needs to be adressed!
