Another vote for getting MP out of ILKB! Trust me, whatever you are getting from Eric in compensation for the sale of this franchise is more than you deserve. You have ruined so many people's lives with your dictatorship style, lack of leadership, and low moral compass. You have no support!

Michael you need to go. You have zero support from the people that entrusted you wth their life savings that YOU spent on fancy cars and a luxery home. You have committed fraud and will not have a franchise to come back to if you do not close this deal ith Eric.

Give us a chance to survive. Get the deal done. We signed up for a franchise so we’d have the support of a franchisor and we have not had any support for too long and now we need it more than ever.

Michael, let ILKB go. Eric is the right person to lead ILKB into the better future the owners have worked so hard for and deserve. HQ has lacked leadership, guidance, support, competence since I purchased my location 5 years ago. I don't think it's possible to run an organization any worse than you have done these past few years. My location consistently has the top 10 highest gross revenues each month, yet we've been unable to make any profit. Why? Because HQ had defrauded us and misrepresented our investment right after we paid the franchise fee. HQ steals all of our trial money; expects us to buy and give out free gloves and pay for marketing so that leads pay HQ directly for trials; drives up costs to take kickbacks from all of our vendors; takes away all potential sources of revenue for the franchisee; negotiates unfair contracts with vendors to ensure that it only favors HQ. My agreement ends in this month and I will not be renewing my ILKB Harlem location if Eric is not the new owner.

I will leave ILKB if the sale to Eric doesn’t go through. I personally guaranteed loans. Those were based upon support from a franchisor. There has not been one. It has been a predatory relationship rather than a partnership.

We need Michael Parella to stay gone. The selfish, bullying, non-learning culture he drove is the antithesis of what this or any organization needs.

We already lost so much with the multiple territories purchased that never opened. The last 2 years we have paid royalties to a franchise system that provided no value at all. If we don't get new leadership, both of our studios will leave the franchise.

Failing a change in leadership and ownership of ILKB I will be moving ahead with termination of my agreement with the franchise due to lack of performance and material breach by ILKB.
