Safe sleep is in operation to save lives on the street over the winter. Julian house have a long and excellent track record in providing support for Homeless people and will ensure that all is done to minimise the impact on the wider community

To leave a person sleeping on the streets in freezing tempetures is unacceptable to then find somewhere to allow them to sleep out of the freezing tempetures and not do so is immoral.

The homeless of exeter need a safe, warm and dry place to sleep. This is a basic human right and to anyone that is opposing the idea of this sleep centre clearly has no conscience or idea of how hard some people have it in life.

The council need to have more money and resources available for the homeless men and woman across the country. There are plenty of empty buildings and potential places homeless shelters can be set up and a lot of people who will volunteer including myself to cook and help out.

I think this is a fantastic project. The quantity of homeless in Exeter is out of control and it is far too cold for people to sleeping rough in these conditions.

With the PSPO, it is vital that homeless people targeted by the PSPO are provided with an alternative in every case. Otherwise it is like denying these people the right to exist.
