Provide a homeless shelter! There does not exist one single objection that can be valid. We are all human. Provide the shelter.

It is a moral obligation for councils and certainly this Tory government, who has exacerbated the appalling state of homeless, to provide safe, secure and warm shelter. This is a person's basic right and need.
