We need to remove this garbage and allow residents to go to the clubs they are paying for in a straight about way. So f there is a concern with people speeding ten add speed humps and the problem is solved.

I agree to allow gate access anytime and for any reason for both FlintRock and The Hills residents to utilize.

Gate should be open to both communities. Have been a resident for 30 years so have a great deal of background on this issue.

Terrific idea! We live on Jack Nicklaus and people figure out how to get thru the gate anyway. We are all friends and do lots of activities in both communities.

When I carpool I have to set my timer on my phone to get back into my own neighborhood!! Whoops my timer was off by a minute or so! I'm penalized until July '17. :(

I'm so glad to see this initiative. If there are issues with excessive speed in either the Hills or Flintrock with regards to pass through, I'm sure the Lakeway police and the Hills Constable will be cooperative in stationing vehicles to deter.

Just moved into Flintrock and already had a warning. I agree with the "rush hour" times restrictions or possibly a 3-gate rule in a certain timeframe, e.g. 5 minutes.

The rules "don't apply to people like you" was what I was told when I called after my gate privileges were suspended. However, it seemed there was nothing they could do because it was in the computer. It is a very arbitrary rule and should be rescinded. I thought the gates were for our safety, not our inconvenience.

I never have understood this rule and why there seems to be this separation between the two communities.
