Great idea for year long activity, Snowmaking is key (I'd prefer to visit Hiawatha rather than make the drive to Three Rivers in the years with light snow cover).

While golfing is fun. I do enjoy opportunities to get out with my wife and daughters which include biking, xc-skiing and sledding.

Great ideas, especially revamping Club House into winter eating/drinking/gathering place. Must serve locally-brewed beer!!!

This would be a great way to promote a healthy year long lifestyle. Im an avid golfer and skier and would love to see a multi-use "facility"
A 9-hole course isnt a bad thing by any means. You will attract more casual golfers because 9 holes isnt nearly as intimidating or time consuming as 18 holes. Plus its cheaper

I coach high school Nordic skiing and there are simply not enough trails for all the schools. Continuing to improve the ski trails would be a huge benefit to our kids.
