Please consider making the park a more inclusive place for community members. We want our community to have an accessible space used all year round for mulit-purposes. Golfing is great but we need to be expanding our thoughts on how we can engage everyone in healthy community living.

My kids & I have cross country skied at Hiawatha since 1995. Both daughters were on the South High CC team, which has used Theodore Wirth for practice (because of the artificial snow). It would be nice for the team to have Hiawatha as an option, too!

I LOVE what Matt and John have done, organizing this club and venture. It is a wonderful way to engage kids, use the land and improve community health - socially and physically!

Well maintained and predictable nordic skiing in this neighborhood would be a great attractor and provide a fantastic activity for kids and allow children in this neighborhood to be introduced to the spot. I golf Hiawatha and walk the lake as well. This looks to be a great balance for all interests.

The main point to me is to make cross-country skiing a visible attraction at Hiawatha Golf Course and extend the recreational season through Winter.

Time for golf to share. Plenty of room for golf and other outside activities that bring out more people. Nordic skiing in the winter is an ideal activity for all ages and abilities.

Hiawatha is a ski treasure in the middle of the city - making it accessible to all kinds of folks who otherwise wouldn't ski! Would love to see these improvements

I also please note that I live in the Standish Neighborhood near Lake Hiawatha. Must be because I signed this from work that I was labeled as being in Plymouth.
