Having reviewed the attached plans for the renovation and reinvention of the Frederick, the office complex at 1215 East Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, we signify our support of the related rezoning application, Z-20-19, to change the zoning along Missouri Avenue from R-5 to C-1 and allow location of mixed uses (small businesses such as retail, a coffee shop, restaurant, salon, offices) at the site to serve the surrounding community. We are excited to see this reinvestment and adaptive reuse of older buildings in our area.
