Democracy is precious to most of the world, but as it is currently, there is a huge flaw.

Due to an enormous conflict of interest, we believe that once someone chooses employment with any government department, their right to vote in an open election should be denied. This will eliminate the future tasks of austerity when employees of government become too large due to constant election victories to whichever candidate promises not to cut any government positions.
