2 children (Danish citizens) kindergarten, ca. 3 to 4 years. That can’t stay with their father.

Is married but sepereret, Immigration Service says he must leave the country for one week back to Zambia, has been here since september 2011, has been rejected two times, I have never seen the three year old son, had to be for the authorities because his wife give birth, he was asked to go home.

When his wife was pregnant, he was told to go back because his wife wasn’t 24 years. When she gave birth, she went to Zambia to show him his daughter, then she became pregnant again, then she gave birth to a second child, she couldn’t go to Zambia to show both children because of economy.

The father came to Denmark for meeting his children in September 2011, it was his first time for him to see his second child, the children was very happy to be with their father. They started to feel like a family, they are now separated, because time split them apart. Foreign affairs told him to go back to Zambia again, he has a broken heart, he can’t bring his children to Zambia, because they are Danish citizens. Now he doesn’t know if he ever will see his children again.
