Some things need to left alone. This is one of them. As a long time resident of Sarasota, some things are scared. This is one, NO PARKING GARAGE .

Shelby gardens Is such a special place. Let’s not ruin the wonderful trees .

This is a disgusting change to the landscape and it will ruin the last microcosm of Sarasota!

Do not ruin one of the last vestiges of Sarasota!

This is wrong in so many ways .. we do not need another restaurant or garage ! This botanical garden is so special for so many of us....when I was under major stress this was only place to get my mind straight ! I survived because this garden...!

The plaza where Michael Klauber’s current restaurant/ banquet hall are located is being sold and will be reportedly redeveloped as condos. Hence, this slimy attempt to turn Selby from a garden to a concrete loft for Michael’s on the Bay. It is developer greenwashing of the ugliest sort.

Shelby Gardens needs to stay “ Marie’s Garden “

Concret is not a medicine for all the short coming perceived by Selby Garden. Make sure our city leaders don't betray the zoning in place. There are multiple less damaging less intruding possibility to improve both the garden and the parking. This planned building is incongruent with the surroundings The parking is a poor excuse to attempt trespassing the existing code.

Leave Shelby gardens alone,

Please save Selby Gardens!! Pick another location for the garage and venue.

NO! No to this concrete garden concept. No garage!

Please don’t change Selby Gardens. It’s one of the places that helped me develop a lifelong interest in botany.

I am against this project.

I believe the Selby Gardens are a unique asset to Sarasota and its character and place in Sarasota would be ruined by building a proposed project which is overcalled for the Gardens.

Unnecessary Overdevelopment .. plain and simple

Marie Would NOT want this constructed!!!

Please keep Selby Garden. We don’t need a parking garage.
