I hope this will not happen, I don't think Marie Selby had this in mind when she left her property to the people

The legacy, intent if the Selby family was not this at all. sometimes we are called to preserve and protect what is given for the future generations. IThis above all else,should it follow the City history of overwhelming what made Sarasota a beautiful ,welcoming environment and home.

No more building. I am a Homeowner in Downtown Sarasota. Please stop. Besides the crowding of cars and people....my water pressure is half what it use to be. Out infrastructure was not made for all of this and will never be! Please stop...unless to beautify what already exists. Thank you.

The traffic concerns are one thing but the noise pollution from a restaurant on top of a garage is another.

Shelby garage tower does not fit Selby Gardens nor the community. We love Selby, but not the garage as designed.

A 40 year resident/property owner of City of SARASOTA, having raised my children and contributed to the City’s economic, educational, social and arts growth and development as a volunteer and NFP executive, I ask that State, County and City leaders deny Selby Gardens proposed Comp Plan Amendment and Garage/Restaurant plans to preserve quality of life and property values in neighborhoods south of the gardens.
