I’m a Hudson Crossing Condo resident and support your efforts to rein Selby & Michael Klauber’s Grand scheme into size with our residential neighborhood. I have photos taken from my forth story balcony that show their balloons placed to show height and that massive garage will block our skyline.

This plan is a disgrace and an insult to everything Marie Selby stood for. It is a 100% contradiction to her intent for the property and the legacy of the the gardens and her name. The authors of this plan should be ashamed of themselves.

Why not a smaller, shorter garage?

Preserve the Selby as it is... A favorite place... Love the parking lot as much as the garden itself.

The gardens used to be my favorite place, and now I can't stand to even visit with how awful it has become.

We need to save our YMCAs first for the health and wellness of our community!

Keep Selby the way it is. That’s the beauty of it.

We should be saving trees. Not cutting them down.

It is a business takeover of a non-profit enterprise that smacks of greed and corruption.

We live on South Hudson Avenue and we know if this monstrosity is built we will loose all that makes our neighborhood so special, very unfair to make way to a commercial enterprise!

We have enough restaurants. Keep Selby the beautiful gardens they are I’ve been to many events. It is fine the way it is. No need to expand Sarasota County does not consider infrastructure needs , to Blu revenue gained. It is sad. This is not n airport or hospital so why zone it in such a way?

Cut down on traffic congestion. Not the trees.

Save the tree's. Building the garage will damage our climate. We need the tree's!

A parking garage is a horrible idea next to that beautiful garden.
