We, the students signing here below, would like to inform our Dean Mr. Katsapov that due to the recent violent situations in Ukraine, and due to the lack of security in the city and the fact that no one can guarantee what might happen tomorrow within such surrounding in Eastern Ukraine, we raise the following requests to you:

1. Leaving Ukraine before the presidential elections.

2. Delivering the curriculum in the same way as it had been delivered in 2012.

3. Students get the chance to pass unfinished subjects when they return without being exposed to exclusion. Thus enlisting students for exclusions as in 2012 would be delayed till 15th of October.

4. Helping students in getting their registration documents as soon as possible without creating financial obstacles.

5. Students signing on this petition shall not be exposed to any oppressive measures or accused of any charges as they don’t sponsor vandalism, violence or illegal acts or demonstration.

6. Students get a warning before getting removed from the official KHNMU university group on Facebook

· Freedom of expression of views and beliefs is granted by the constitution of Ukraine in Chapter II, Article 34. And foreigners have such rights within limitations of constitution in Chapter II, Article 26.

· The dean is requested to deliver the translation of the requests guided with the original signatures to the authority capable taking action upon such requests.
