I David Holliman, along with other Detroit Lions fans, would like to see a change in the way that (not only lions games) but every close call game in the NFL is handled. With the advancement of technology today, it seems as if there would be a better way to solve the crucial ruling of a game with 2 minutes or less remaining on the clock.
The point I'm trying to make...
1.) A penalty should have the right to be challenged (or at least reviewed by the officiating team) for a chance to review and pick up what the naked eye may not have caught.
2.) An investigation should be opened up for the Detroit lions against the NFL and the officiating crews of all of the controversial calls and/or games they have been involved in. I could name at least 4 off the top of my head to include: 1) The pass interference/face guarding - Dez out on the field with his helmet off (Dallas). 2) The megatron TD taken away due to lack of possession (Chicago)....AND JUST THIS YEAR ALONE ARE THE WORST ONES YET!!!!!! 3) The"illegal bat" (Seattle) AND the most recent.....4) "Face mask" (vs. Green Bay)
3.) Now I'm not just a sore loser that is upset being a lions fan. I'm a man that knows you get what you deserve or earn in life! That being said, we (the Detroit lions fan base) deserve AT THE VERY LEAST, an overlook of this re-occurring problem that happens to find its way into the lions losing in close matches.
In closing I would like to say, I am not a conspiracy theory mad man, however, there is just something a little too "fishy" about these heart aching losses that we as lions fans suffer... Please help us find answers.

Been a fan from Barry Sanders, through the 0-16 year and even now. This reoccurrence of negligent calls needs to end, it doesn't just hurt the fans or the team, it Hurts the NFL and the little credibility that it has now a days.
Nothing will change. I had a debate with people this morning and most people don't care unless it has to do with their team. People are unable to see that the NFL has a ref problem and it could potentially hurt every team and we need to stand together to bring about any change.
SIck of the refs ruining games , they should have a replay and overview of these plays , they are getting so bad I not going to sprnd to or waste time watching. never saw the officiating so bad as the last 4 years it gets worse
Been a lions fan for 47 years and always make a point to go to watch them play but this past Thursday will be my last until somethings done and I'm considering not watching NFL period because it's become a joke!!
The fans of this game and this team want this league to take responsability for their mistakes by fixing them, not only apoligizing. Apologies don't change a score and the outcome of a game. For the sake of this game that we all love, we are only asking what is fair and right.
Attention Lions game in NFL can you investigate Jameson GOFF I saw the video on YouTube and it says Jameson GOFF GoT arrested by the police and found OUT that HE HAN A HANDGUN which is against the rules in the NFL game and did you know he did something illegal that he did not stop SO THE LIONS GAME MADE A ILLEGAL TOUCHDOWN it is NOW ON YouTube can you tell someone tO investigate it because I think the Lions game is going to be disqualified because NOW there is going to be a police investigation of Jameson GOFF THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY NOW
Definitely something needs to be done about the bad officiating, and yes One call can change the outcome of a close game!!!!!!

All we want is a fair game. 1. 2010 at Chicago the Calvin Johnson catch rule. 2. 2014 season, the refs picked up the blatant pass interference flag. 3. 2015 the refs missed the call related to Seattle batting the ball out of bounds. 4. 2015, the refs called a phantom face mask.
