This case absolutely needs to be investigated further! If the evidence does not line up and is questionable, how can this be an open and shut case?

Plz re-open this case, the way AVPD handled this case is simply absurd, and not at all consistent with a professional forensic investigation.

I agree that for some strange reason this sad case was not properly investigated, DNA evidance is very suspicious to say the least, I dont for one minute believe that David was the murderer of his own family. I'd like for someone to reopen and reinvestigate this mater.

This case needs to be reopened, the one major question i have is where is the blood, 3 bodies, there should have been all over that room. And the slider was ajar, that doesn't say something.

Unfortunately, this entire Tragedy was not: responded to, dealt with nor investigated in the appropriate professional manner. There's actual Crime Scene expert's & other Police whom have been interviewed. And are shocked by the many many mistakes made in this case. This is going off of the actual facts brought to light. All of the Horrific details David Crowley, Komel, Raniya & even their pet dog Paleo were put through. Shouldn't happen to anyone EVER! Absolutely unspeakable & heartbreaking. All we want is JUSTICE & the TRUTH. The case should've been reopened right away. But, better later than never. Because there could possibly be guilty Murderer's out there. Loving free & laughing that they got away with it. PLEEEEASE sign this Petition. Pass it on & share with not just Facebook friends. But externally to your own friends & family. There seems to be conclusive forensics and DNA evidence overlooked and/or details not fully investigated as a swift conclusion to this case was reached prematurely. This case should be reopened to re-examine all evidence appropriately and with more time and detail to ensure David Crowley's guilt or exhonerate him and search for possible other suspects. I do not believe anyone is accusing of nefarious activity on the side of investigators but rather we are just looking to kindly take a second look to ensure some of the things that have been brought up as questions could be put to rest. I believe this is not just about the family but for the safety of the local community and all citizens in general. So many things just do not make sense and questions really need to be explored, addressed, exolsined and answered further and completely to finally put all this to rest either way. Thank you.

Innocent until proven guilty. This case needs to be reinvestigated. If 'they' can prove that David Crowley is guilty without a reason of doubt, then good. All that matters is the truth and right now, there is only overweighing doubt. If David would be proven to be guilty, then a reinvestigation has served it's cause, just as well as it would do if David is to be proven innocent.
No matter the outcome.
